Gameshape Memberships
A minimum four-month commitment during which athletes will have access to our guidance four (4) times per month, during specific time frames. We limit the number of athletes in the studio in order to make sure each athlete gets the proper attention, correction, motivation, etc. It's important to understand that each athlete will work THEIR OWN program. We don’t have 3-4 athletes working the same series of movements in the same order for 55-60 minutes as we've done before. Instead, we design, adjust, and upgrade a training program for each athlete based on their ability, experience, and needs.
the process
Scheduling can be done up to 30 days in advance, but no less than 48 hours prior. Schedule changes that occur within 24 hours of the selected time frame will result in the 24 hour cancellation policy being applied
