Off-Season Team Training

Our Off-Season Training programs are designed to elevate athletic potential in a competitive, high-energy, team / group environment. Athletes participating in this program will benefit from:

  • Enhanced on-field performance through improved speed, power, and agility

  • Measurable gains in athletic metrics tracked and assessed throughout the program

  • Reduced risk of injury through targeted neuromuscular activation and movement pattern training

  • Increased confidence that comes with seeing and feeling physical improvement

  • Improved coordination by developing new and diverse neuromuscular pathways

Training begins with a comprehensive series of baseline performance tests, including lower- and upper-body force output, rotational strength, vertical and horizontal power. These assessments allow us to customize programming and track progress over time. Athletes are re-tested every 4–5 weeks to ensure consistent development and recalibrate training as needed.

This isn’t just a workout—it’s a data-driven, progressive, results-oriented training system. Our approach applies proven performance science, not just to condition, but to transform athletes into stronger, faster, and more complete movers.

We offer age-specific session packages:

  • 11U–114U baseball and softball athletes will receive 16 sessions to be used November through March, along with at-home work to complete between sessions.

  • 15U+ baseball and softball athletes will receive 12 sessions to be used November through February, along with at-home work to complete between sessions.

  • 8U–10U athletes will receive 12 sessions to be used December through March, also supported with age-appropriate homework to reinforce progress and consistency.

And yes—they’ll have fun doing it. :)
