Athletic Performance Principles

Athletes beyond the diamond…

Our A.P.P. program is designed to develop a higher degree of athleticism that allows all athletes an opportunity to increase the athletic ability, regardless of their preferred sport. We emphasize improving the fundamental aspects of sports performance, i.e. the ability to move laterally, diagonally, vertically, as well as horizontally. Whether it’s volleyball, soccer, field hockey, or lacrosse, efficient multidirectional movement, and the strength and mobility required to do so, will be emphasized and approved in the A.P.P. program.

The GameShape A.P.P. program is invite only, participation will be limited to select athletes after a review of the athletes training history (if applicable), goals, and current level of athleticism.
