Foundation for Peak Performance: Strengthen the kinetic chain, supporting improved performance in basketball and other sports through a well-rounded athletic foundation.
We start with a series of baseline force output tests to determine just how powerful the athletes are in their lower half & upper half, as well as measure their rotation, vertical, and horizontal force output. We re-screen and re-test every 4-5 weeks to make sure we're moving in the right direction.
From there we incorporate a very progressive, data-driven, results-oriented, program. It'll be be more than a simple series of workouts intended to make the athlete tired, it'll be the artful application of scientific principles that will lead the athletes to get strong, fast, and more athletic.

BASKETBALL
Our GST Basketball program is specifically designed to help young basketball players enhance their athleticism and unlock their full potential on the court. We focus on developing key movement patterns essential for basketball success, including lateral, diagonal, vertical, and horizontal movement, ensuring athletes can move quickly and efficiently in all directions.
The program improves defensive agility, helping you stay in front of your opponent, while also boosting your vertical power for better rebounds, shot blocks, and finishes at the rim. It sharpens your ability to transition quickly, whether you're sprinting on a fast break or making a quick cut to the basket. Through targeted strength and mobility training, the A.P.P. program also reduces injury risk and builds the foundation for long-term performance and durability.
10U-14U Athletes will have access to 16 training sessions between April 16th-July 31st:
APRIL 6TH-JUNE 12TH: Sundays 10:15-11:00AM or Thursdays 6:30-7:15PM
JUNE 17TH-JULY 31ST: Tuesday 11:15-12:00PM or Thursday 11:15-12:00PM
